1. No Sign-Up. No Account. No Tracking.
Quiet Harbour does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require account creation, and we do not track user behavior, session activity, or location data. There are no ads, and no analytics SDKs are embedded in the app.
2. Offline First. Your Data Stays on Your Device.
All saved content (such as favorited tracks or sessions) is securely stored on your device using local encryption. We do not transmit, store, or access this data. You are in complete control of your app data. If you delete the app, your data is permanently erased.
3. HealthKit Integration (Optional)
If you choose to enable HealthKit integration, Quiet Harbour will log completed mindfulness sessions to your Apple Health app. This is entirely optional, private, and requires your explicit consent. You may revoke access at any time through your device settings.
- We only write to the Mindful Minutes category.
- We do not read or store any Health data.
- All HealthKit usage remains on your device, in accordance with Apple’s guidelines.
4. Audio Content & Cloud Streaming
Quiet Harbour streams music and voice sessions from our private cloud storage network, delivered via secure, time-limited links from a global content delivery network (CDN).
- No personally identifiable data is attached to these requests.
- We use anonymous tier-based logic to determine content access (for example, Harbour Lite and Harbour).
- Tracks you favorite are securely stored on your device for offline playback — we never monitor your favorites.
5. App Integrity with App Attest
Quiet Harbour uses Apple’s App Attest service to verify the integrity of the app. This helps protect against unauthorized or modified versions of the app. This process involves no collection of personal or device-identifiable data.
6. Children’s Privacy
Quiet Harbour is intended for general audiences. It is not marketed toward or designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Third-Party Services
Quiet Harbour does not use third-party analytics tools, ad networks, or social media integrations. Music content is licensed from Zenmix.io under commercial use terms. No user data is shared with Zenmix.io or other vendors.
